Good Morning: The Bachelor
Good Morning! I promise, I'm working on getting these back on track. It's a slow process, but at least I'm getting them up!
So, Monday night, I watched the second episode of The Bachelor. This is my first time watching it and I know I'm a bit late to the party. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to like it because I didn't want to watch a show with petty girls trying to win over one guy. Besides (prior to this season) I had enough drama in my life. However, now that things have settled down for me and I actually have time to watch TV, I decided to give it a chance. I saw how crazy my friends get over the show, so I figured it must be good. It is.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I yelled at my TV during a show. Sorry, roomies. But man, this show. I even got one of my friends hooked on it and now we understand the hype around this show.
So, if you've never seen the show, here's the gist of it: the producers choose a good looking male (or female for The Bachelorette) to be the Bachelor and then select 29 girls to be his potential wife. 29 girls fighting over one good looking guy? DRAMA. Then, they have to make a good first impression. In my mind, I'm trying to figure out how they can make a good first impression when they first meet him. That's too much pressure, no thanks.
Stuff happens throughout the episodes, like one-on-one dates and these girls get SPOILED on these dates! #goal #jealous Like, one girl got Louboutin shoes and SO MANY gorgeous dresses. She was treated like a princess. This girl, Becca, is also my top choice to win the heart of Arie, so I was glad she got the first one-on-one date and got all these amazing clothes.
